As the world stopped, then subsequently adjusted, we looked to how we could evolve this well respected publication for the years to come.  It gave us a chance not just to reevaluate the content that we put out but also how we put it out.  Our working practices change too, as they have for many of you.

Going forward we realise that the workers of the world aren’t necessarily putting all their eggs in one basket.  Nor are they commuting to an office every day.  Embracing this allows us as an organisation to be increasingly dynamic and also opens up possibilities for contributors, editors and sales staff who are working with us, part time, full time, as a second job, remotely, the list goes on.
