This will be the fourth year running that the company has won at the prestigious Fleet Van Awards. The Trowbridge based business is proud to have achieved the award due to a high level of customer satisfaction, innovation and strong business growth.

According to the Fleet Van Award judges: “Excellent testimonials, strong business growth and new innovations once again gave Hitachi Capital the edge over its competitors. This company really strives to understand the customers and their needs and priorities. They offer field-based engineers and its duty of care offering goes above and beyond the realms of fleet management and into driver training where it strives to drive down risk within its customer’s fleets.”

The award concludes a successful year for the company with several major contract wins, the launch of a new apprenticeship scheme, and planning permission granted for high quality new premises within Trowbridge.

Hitachi Capital’s latest contract wins have bolstered the number of commercial vehicles under 3.5 tonnes within its fleet to 27,231, a growth of 6,139 in the past year. The future continues to look bright with a strong new business pipeline and further opportunity for recruitment over the coming years within the local community.
