Clear choice for maximum fleet uptime

We’re all looking for ways to save money and keep our fleet on the road, at the same time as ensuring our vehicles are as safe as possible.

Using Esprit Windscreen Repair is a simple way to save money and time. If you haven’t investigated windscreen repair before you might be thinking; is it cost effective and does it work?

How does it work?

Windscreen repair simply works by removing air and debris from the break, filling it with resin, and curing it with an LED lamp.

Our Esprit kits come with free training at our training facility in Stoke on Trent, or
we can visit you at your premises, a great option if you have a group of technicians to train. We also offer bespoke training options for groups to be trained together, or train the trainer options.

How do I know this works?

Throughout our 40 year history, Esprit has always strongly believed in the power of independent performance testing. Following the removal of the performance test in the British Standard, Esprit and TUV Rheinland worked together to create rigorous performance testing, aligned with ECE R43, meeting and exceeding the original standards set down in BS AU 251, ROLAGS, AFNOR and AS/NZ2366.2.

Our Elite system has been accredited for Quality and Approved Performance by TUV meaning that you know that by using Esprit, your repairs will leave the screen as strong and clear as a new windscreen. Esprit are currently the only windscreen repair association listed on the TUV Certipedia page as a certified supplier.

Which is the right kit for my garages?

Esprit Windscreen Repair Equipment sell four kits – they all do the same excellent job, but there are some differences in price, based on the amount of repairs that they will carry out. The Elite Kit is perfect for the regular repairer. It comes with the LED lamp, plus enough resin to carry out 40 repairs. If you have a large fleet and you carry out repairs regularly this is the kit for you.

We also sell the Compact Kit which also contains the LED lamp, but has enough resin for 20 repairs. This kit is ideal for the occasional repairer, but still contains all the same Esprit products as the Elite Kit. Finally we have the Classic kit and the Compact Classic which comes with the Esprit Classic Bridge and our cost effective UV lamp. This is our low cost option, but the kit still comes with all Esprit products, and Esprit resin and can be upgraded to use the LED lamp.

Why should I do my own repairs?

Of course there are many repair companies out there who will come and repair a windscreen at your premises (we know, we supply the best ones!) and this is a great option if you only get a chip or a break now and then. However, if you’re regularly repairing a fleet vehicle windscreen, or you want the certainty of knowing that if you get a break it can be repaired in house in about 20 minutes, then having your own ability to repair is incredibly useful.

Still not convinced? Take a look at our website for videos showing how the repair works, our training videos and testimonials from our customers at espritws.co.uk, or give us a call to talk through your requirements.
