Mercedes?Benz Trucks and Girteka have entered into an agreement for 500 Actros L ProCabin. The trucks will be delivered incrementally 2026 to support Girteka’s ongoing fleet renewal and expansion of its long?haul operations across Europe. The agreement contributes to Girteka’s operational growth and the modernization of its truck fleet.

Optimized Cab Architecture and Aerodynamics
The Actros L ProCabin features an enhanced cab design developed for efficient airflow. An 80?millimetre longer front section, optimized transitions and aerodynamically shaped body panels reduce drag and contribute to economical long?haul operation.
Advanced Assistance Systems
The trucks are equipped with the latest generation of Active Brake Assist, combining radar and camera data. The system can detect moving, stationary or crossing vehicles and can initiate automatic braking to a standstill within system limits. Active Sideguard Assist 2 can monitor both sides of the vehicle and warns of objects approaching laterally. When turning at speeds up to 20 km/h, the system can apply braking on the passenger side if earlier warnings were not heeded.
Predictive Powertrain Control uses topographic and route data to support anticipatory and efficient driving.
Digital Operating Concept
All vehicles are equipped with the MultiMedia Cockpit Interactive2. A high?resolution 12?inch instrument display and an optimized touchscreen allow intuitive control of key vehicle functions. Numerous settings can also be adjusted via voice control.
Girteka Strengthens Its Position in European Transport
The agreement is announced in the year of Girteka’s 30?year anniversary. Girteka operates with its own fleet and professional drivers, enabling strong control over service quality and daily operations.
