Mercedes-Benz Trucks Showcases 30 Years of Actros

Mercedes?Benz Trucks will be present at the ADAC Truck Grand Prix at the Nürburgring from July 10 to 12, 2026, placing the “30 Years of Actros” anniversary at the heart of its presence. The event will feature vehicles from different Actros generations, complemented by current products and customer solutions. In addition to the brand stand, Mercedes?Benz Trucks will also be participating in program segments on the official show area.

30 Years of Actros: Community Initiative Brings Generations Together

In collaboration with Eurotransport.de and ETM?Publisher, Mercedes?Benz Trucks put out a call to the community under the motto “Actros from Three Decades Wanted,” inviting enthusiasts to submit vehicles from different model years. The response was accompanied and broadly communicated across a variety of channels. At the Truck Grand Prix, this will culminate in a “Generational Gathering”: the selected community trucks – one vehicle per Actros generation – will be presented on the event grounds and can also be experienced in motion, including in a convoy parade on the Ring.

Vehicles and Highlights at the Mercedes?Benz Trucks Stand

At the brand stand, Mercedes?Benz Trucks is showcasing a mix of series?production vehicles, special projects, and community topics. The planned highlights include: an eActros 600 from CharterWay, a new eActros 400, an Actros L ProCabin apprentice truck built as a junior talent initiative, and an Actros L ProCabin customer vehicle featuring a special wrap from the social media campaign “Design Your Truck.” The winning design was selected by community vote; the truck will make its public debut at the Truck Grand Prix and will be presented on?site by the female driver. To ensure strong visual impact from a distance, a pop?up display in the anniversary design for “30 Years of Actros” is also planned.

Activities for Visitors: Interactive, Up Close, and with Expert Staff On?Site

The Mercedes?Benz Trucks stand will serve as a central destination during the ADAC Truck Grand Prix for drivers, fans, and trade visitors alike. In addition to the vehicle exhibition, the focus is on engaging activities that invite participation and enable direct interaction. Visitors can look forward to prize competitions and a prize wheel offering attractive rewards. Interactive stations are also planned to provide entertainment and ensure a varied booth experience.

For a pleasant break, a refreshment and lounge area will be available, serving as a meeting point to relax and connect. At the same time, Mercedes?Benz Trucks representatives from sales, engineering, and the product team will be on hand for personal consultations – whether regarding the vehicles, service solutions, application profiles, or individual requirements in day?to?day transport operations.

In addition, a team of approximately 15 apprentices will be supporting the stand crew. They will take on tasks in visitor management, assist with activities at the stand, and give interested guests a firsthand look at training content, career paths, and entry opportunities at Mercedes?Benz Trucks. This makes the stand not only an information point for products, but also a platform for exchange on career development and the promotion of young talent.

Show Area: Past Meets Present – Moderated Anniversary Showcase

Mercedes?Benz Trucks will also be represented at the official show area with the “30 Years of Actros” theme. A moderated face?off between “classic vs. current” is in the planning stage – featuring, among others, a current vehicle alongside a classic truck, to illustrate the advances made in technology, design, and application profiles over the decades.
