FUSO’s new narrow cab Canter makes first UK public appearance

The debut Road Transport Expo event at Stoneleigh NAEC last week was the first public showing of FUSO’s new narrow cab Canter.

It is 300mm skinnier than the regular version, which has enhanced the vehicle’s manoeuvrability.

A spokesman explained that this is likely to make it a popular choice popular in sectors that require access to areas with restricted space, such as sandwich vans and scaffolding wagons.

The truck features a revised front end, with new LED headlights and optional Sideguard Assist.

There were two examples at the Road Transport Expo, one of which had a factory-fitted Scattolini three-way tipper body.
