Vauxhall continued its strong UK sales performance in July, becoming the best-selling electric van brand so far this year, according to the latest new vehicle registration figures published today by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
Vauxhall is the best-selling electric van brand this month and year-to-date with 1,754 registrations so far this year. The Vivaro Electric was also the UK’s best-selling electric van in July. In the overall LCV market, Vauxhall is the UK’s third best-selling manufacturer, with 20,037 registrations so far in 2024, an increase of 5% over this time last year. Vauxhall’s LCV market share has also increased year-on-year from 9.48% to 9.67%.
In the passenger car market, the Corsa Electric was the UK’s best-selling electric supermini in July and leads the segment year-to-date, with 2,385 sold so far in 2024.
