Fleet software specialist r2c is launching a new module which can help to streamline and reduce the administration of invoicing, and potentially improve cashflow for workshop operators.

The Finance Integrations add-on works with the firm’s existing i2i digital invoicing module and allows users to integrate with accounting software such as Sage 50. It will soon also be able to be used with Sage 200, Xero and QuickBooks.

Finance Integrations allow workshop operators to send invoices in real time digitally to help ensure financial administration is up to date. As a result, workshops and operators have a clearer view of all costs for work, streamlining processes which can sometimes lead to delays in payments, lost invoices and a lack of clarity around the true financial position of the business.

The simplicity of Finance Integrations boosts productivity by making the process of invoicing and accounting almost automatic, while enhancing security by only granting access to certified users and providing a full audit trail.
