PaulCurry  officially took ownership of PSV Wypers on 31st July 2015 and everyone at ESG wish him and PSV all the very best in the futureFollowing the acquisition of the PSE Group in 2014, the ESG management team has reviewed all aspects of the new larger Group. It was agreed that the PSV Wypers division in Worcester was not core to the technologies and markets that ESG seeks to focus on. As a result, agreement was reached whereby Paul Curry would acquire the business with sufficient working capital to sustain it, thus providing ongoing business for the committed and hard-working workforce at PSV.
