Complying with industry standards and demonstrating best practice is something we place great emphasis on, and with the legal requirement for all UK professional drivers to hold a valid certificate in order to drive professionally, we wanted to make sure that it was completed so that our staff are provided with complete piece of mind.”

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA), and Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) have been merged to form the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), which requires all coach, lorry and bus drivers to undertake 35 hours of periodic training every five years in order to maintain a valid CPC.

“We’re very proud to have such a hard working team of drivers across each of our seven service centres, and undertaking the training in good time ahead of the deadline truly shows our commitment to act as a benchmark company within the industry,” Martin concluded
